Precision manufacturing
AJAS uses ultra-modern facilities for machining and engraving of masters and punches. The sophisticated "Special Purpose Machine" (SPM) is used for matching round and profile tips of punches, enabling achievement of closest tolerance and accuracy for any complicated tool's shape.
The complete SPM operation helps achieve uniformity across all punches and dies giving inter-changeability between every punch or die within the same set.
